STEP-1 Draw a squar + in the Keyboard and reduice

Now chose the colors

Now apply the gradient tool

STEP-2 draw circle + in the keyboard and reduice use the cut tool

Now repeat the opiration with a small circle like this

Now arrange all the shapes and weld them

Now draw a squar with 0 in angle and apply intersection like this

draw a small circle and you should have something like this

STEP-3 select the squar in the midle and make a copy chose white color and apply uniform transprency Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V to bring the new copy to the top

now draw arectangle and covert it to curve

now chose in curve mode and try to make a shape like this

Now select ypur sahpe and the and rectangle copy and cut

Now you rss icon is finished you now select the midle shape and change the colors
